Should I start a grammar class for hubbers?

I've seen some pretty bad errors, even in the question and it irks me.

That's pretty funny.  I would say yes!  It's pretty sad that I want to start one for Facebook because it seems that only 1 out of 10 people that comment on anything are not very well educated.

Thank you bizarrett81.  It's amazing how many emails, fb posts, hubs etc. I see where people ask questions and I have to read it several times and unscramble the words to figure out the question.

Yeah, I agree.  I thought it was just me; I even pick apart text messages for grammatical and spelling errors LOL

If you are qualified to teach grammar, then I would say--YES!

Judging by some of the Hubs and comments I'd say go ahead - can't do any harm! There are some here who mix their tenses and metaphors at random. (Doesn't make reading their contributions easy!)

Maybe I shouldn't be so hard on fellow Hubbers - but I would say they need help with syntax, and could learn grammar by reading some of the excellent contributions already on the site.

ReneeDC1979, you could start a grammar class for humanity. I have been teaching English for 28 years, and I often inform local businesses and stores of their mistakes in spelling and grammar. Most shrug or say, "Oh well." A muffler shop misspelled the word "guarantee" on its contract and on its sign. I would applaud any effort, and I'd even substitute if you needed a break!
