    Anyone writing on Wikinut?

Any experiences and thoughts for writing on this site, good and bad?

I have not written for the web site in question, but I did check out the TOU and payment scheme. They pay %50 of ad revenue, which is less than HubPages. They also mention that they are not currently certain to have accurate information concerning revenue share.

I have also never been to one of their pages before and since it has been online since 2009, that means that I doubt they rank very high in Google.

Because of these reasons, I would not choose to work with them.

I was on Wikinut, I wrote one article, had problems with the moderator because my article was published, it had errors that I saw once it was published, and the supposed moderator just sat back to receive his/her share without doing any moderating. I also had problems trying to get answers about the ownership of my writing, there seems to be a trick to this buried in the TOS. When I asked (more than once), not only did I get no answer, but the few pennies I had earned for my article , then  disappeared. I have never got an answer from them since; then I tried to delete my article through Wikinut, discovered I couldn't, went back in and deleted every word, leaving empty pages. The article is still up. I have to make time and ask Google to delete it now. Also, the news letter mailing from them to me, disappeared when I started to ask these questions. I am not going back there!

Hi, I have an account here. Got it as fall back option. Written about 7 articles there. I keep meaning to do more there but never seem to want to move away from here as there is everything I need here.

Hi poshcoffeeco, appreciate hearing you have written there and hubpages certainly seems better than wikinut.

I browsed a few articles today after someone recommended it, and the quality of writing is even worse than a lot of the bad stuff I've seen on HubPages.  I can't remember ever having seen a Wikinut page when I've Googled something, so I don't think it ranks very high.  Perhaps Google gave them a penalty for having low-quality content like they gave to HubPages.  The TOU are murky as far as payment goes.
