I keep a 'window' open for writing after I've had my dinner. Usually I work through my e-mails, leave a comment or two here and there and (around 8:30-9:00 pm) start on my 'MS' - at the moment it's book 4, "BETRAYED - The Net Tightens" in my "RAVENFEAST" saga series.
I aim for five pages minimum nightly and see any extra as a 'bonus', keeping weekends free for myself.
When I've finished (I'm at p445 out of a possible 715) it'll be editing. That may be a two-stage affair, with bits to take out/ add/change.
Luckily I can take my time, possibly publish next spring.
