    M, here's one thing I"m not taking for granted - your "keep reading" link to your hub How are you getting the link feature when writing in the comment section? I understand you need the url, but highlighting and right clicking doesn't work for me.

    Great answer to a great question. Going without is a very humbling experience. Also, travel to a third world country. You'll see who's passing us on the way up as we continue our downward spiral due to greed, arrogance and complacency.
