    My hubs are mostly based on real life experiences.So you could go ahead to  write and publish such stories Wish you a  successful literary journey with us.

    Sure, why not? You can write about personal experience, it's just more likely to get more views if it's more of a story than a blog entry. Hub Pages isn't really set up for blog entries so usually they get fairly poor rankings. However some of my more popular Hubs are indeed personal experience, sometimes funny like Pop! Goes the speculum, something I wrote for all the ladies out there. Have fun! Looking forward to see what you come up with. smile

    My suggestion is if you only want to write the story, list it under the creative writing category. If you want it to appear in one of the other categories, build hub around the story that can be educational in some way. For example, if your funny story is about something that happened in a wood shop, the hub could be about the proper use of tools or something like that.
