What's the good and proper spelling of the word "keister?" Or, is it "keester?"

I've been unable to find a definitive spelling for the colloquial term for that bump we all sit on from time to time called the dairy air or derriere. You know, the arse or is it the ... ? Anyway. If anyone knows the actual and accepted spelling for the k-word of mention, please let me know. I'd even appreciate more a link or reference to the definitive information.

Thanks. You know I couldn't find it in the dictionary online. I believe I even pulled up Webster at one point.
