Which poetic form is you favorite to read and why?


Which form of poetry is your favorite to read or write and why? Myself, I prefer sonnets to read or write. Some other forms are: epic, ode, tanka, limeric, haiku, free form, dramatic)

    You are right, Jodah. All poetry forms/styles have their place. I love to read your poems. I guess it depends on my mood, sometimes I like emotional epic poems like Evangelina and sometimes inspirational sonnets, and many others.
