What will I do if someone publish my work without me knowing it?

I received an email telling me that one of my poem was chosen and was published but they said I still have the full right on my work. But the main problem is that they didn't even bother to let me know that they will publish my work in a book they are selling. So, what actions do I have to take regarding this matter?

Yes, that is what I'm thinking. But I do not know where to find a complaint? Need help here. Thanks a lot for the reply.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't enter into any contest, I just published it here in HubPages. I was really surprised receiving an email from them.

No Chloe, they only sent an email telling me that my poem was chosen, and already for release. I did contact them telling them I'm not allowing their publication but they didn't reply. Don't know where to file a complaint. Thanks Chloe

Hi BGW, are you a lawyer? I just really want to clarify everything from the publisher but they didn't reply. Does hiring you will cost much for me? Thanks

Hi Montice. I already replied to their email but still waiting for their reply. As far as I can remember I didn't sign-up for any poetry website or whatsoever. They even wanted me to pay them some amount so I can have a copy of the book. Really sad..
