Do you mean the baseball writer and author of "the Boys of Summer" and 19 other books I know of? I have only read three books by him so far and I think he is quite the prolofic, detailed personal writer in sports circles I have ever enjoyed. Popularity wise, even though he wrote in the 40's and 50 whether on a relationship with his Dad or just describing some player or event he is still beleivable today. IF the other Roger Kahn whom you describe is not this one I can't help you. Read on FC!!
