Fictional stories because you can create new worlds and make them come alive through your words. Also, stories capture your attention and I love how you can express yourself through your characters and have them grow and develop throughout the work.
Social issues - Because the behavor of humans intrigues me.
I write about whatever pops into my head. I have a lot of really strange/vivid dreams, I don't always remember them but I feel tense when I wake up. Some of the ones I remember would make you think that I do drugs or something because they make so little sense, but the ones that do remember I usually turn into poetry or a short story
I try to find humor in just about every situation, so I prefer to write about things that have happened to me personally in my lifetime. Over the past 50 some odd years, I have plenty of subject matter to keep the ol' fingers busy on the keyboard. Sometimes, I can't even believe the things really happened to me. But each experience had a part in carving out the person I am today. I like myself.
I love to write about everything to be honest and in all different ways and forms. I love writing stories, poetry, articles about worldly concerns, etc. I get inspiration from life in general, because there is just so much going on you can't help but want to talk about it and express how it makes you feel.
