Take a chance on love

Shaloo Walia is an astrologer and tarot reader. She is an Art of Living teacher and also an ardent Krishna devotee and a follower of ISKCON.

A perfect ending was what I wanted

Little did I know that poems don’t always rhyme

And some stories are better left incomplete

For a sequel with some twists and turns.

A perfect ending might be a mirage

But the worst would be to let your heart die

Making it bereft of hope and love

Abandoning desire of finding love again.

Some new characters to complete the story

Some new colours to paint the canvas

Taking chances,risking failure and disillusionment

Not closing doors to the love and light.

Life isn’t always about the expected

But to let go and accept with open arms

The change, the uncertainty, the thrill of the unexpected

And making the best of all that life has to offer.

Mamma Mia - Take A Chance On Me

Funny one, the video I mean. Isn't it an Abba song? Take a chance on Love, all right. How could we go wrong?

Twists and turns all right. Like a dance that comes right in the end. Nice Hub.

I like this Swalia. Wise words within your poem. You are right, poems don't always need to rhyme and stories don't always need an end..sometimes we need to leave the door open for change and the unexpected. You never know what excitement awaits.

Yep manatita. It's an Abba song and this video is from the movie 'Mamma Mia' which features several hit soundtracks from Abba. It's one of my favorite movies :)

Thank you Jodah! Life is full of pleasant and unpleasant experiences and that's what makes life interesting.

Nobody has said it better. "The worst would be to let your heart die." Meaningful message!
