Me, Myself and I

Updated on August 18, 2011

Me, Myself and I

I think I’d like to get away, you and I, to a place most likely no one knows exists. We should stay there for a while and contemplate our shortcomings. Our ambitions. Contemplate how we may feel about each other. Should we finish early, we can marvel at the consensus of one mind working as two. Working to find that divine truth in which everyone is striving for (Whether they know it or not).  After that I should stand up and take one last look around at you and that place in which many travel as two and depart as one, anew. And I shall leave where we arrived.

Though not written in a traditional poetic style, it perfectly captures poetic form.
