Fifty Shades of Grey Main Characters

Anastasia Rose Steele is a 21-year old Literature student. Physically she is pale, brown-haired and has blue eyes.

Christian Grey is a 27-year old billionaire entrepreneur and considered as one the most eligible bachelors. He is the CEO of Grey Enterprises Holdings, Inc. He is tall, broad-shouldered with dark copper hair and gray eyes.

Fifty Shades of Grey Summary

Anastasia Steele is a senior student at WSU majoring in Literature. She is an attractive girl but due to her lack of self-confidence, she fails to see that she’s a total babe. At 21 years old, she has remained boyfriend-less because she wants someone whom she’ll deeply fall for and whom she’ll want to be with. Her plans after graduation is quite specific, she will move to Seattle with her best friend Kate and apply for internship in publishing houses.

Christian Grey is a 27-year old billionaire and CEO & owner of Grey Enterprises Holdings, Inc. He possesses certain qualities that have made him accomplished much in his young age. Being a control freak is on top of his qualities, which has enabled him to manage and organize his work well - thereby, avoiding unnecessary problems and circumstances.

The lives of Ana and Christian are disturbed when they meet during an interview where they both gauge each other. The insecure Ana finds him handsome, domineering, arrogant, and peculiar while Christian finds her beautiful, smart, and intriguing. In a week’s time, Ana realizes and admits to herself that she likes him despite his mysteriousness. Christian on the other hand, is dumbfounded with his feelings towards Ana and succumbs to getting her but on his own terms.

Ana is enticed to embraced Christian's life. She tried to understand, adjust and adapt to his preference. Christian alternatively, struggled to bend his ways in order to accommodate Ana's desire for MORE. Eventually Ana resisted being compliant. She deems that it will ruin her identity and will eventually hurt her in the end since she believes that he will not be able to give her what she truly wants – Love. Hence, she decides to leave Christian.

Fifty Shades Darker Summary

Leaving Christian is by far the most foolish decision she has made. Ana is devastated, sad, lonely, and worst - broken.

Christian feels the same. It seems the sun has not set for days. He is confused with his feelings for Ana. He can choose to forget her, yet, some powerful entity refuses to do so. In her absence, he comes up with a new proposition. The proposition is not something he has done before. He has been in control for the longest of time and thrusting himself to this kind of relationship will be new to him. But he is willing to do and try anything just to have her back in his life.

The new arrangement is something that Christian and Ana is unfamiliar with but they strive to make it work. Being in a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship is a struggle for both of them as they have to embrace each others wants and needs. Additionally, they have to deal with Christian's unstable ex-submissive (Leila), Mrs. Robinson (Elena), and Ana's maniac boss (Jack) who became threats to their relationship and security. Throughout this arrangement, Christian and Ana learn more of each other and eventually realize how much they LOVE one another. Ultimately, Christian asks Ana to marry him, which she consents to.

Fifty Shades Freed Summary

A month after the wedding proposal, Christian and Ana ties the knot in the Grey's residence and spend 3 weeks of honeymoon in Europe. The honeymoon is without ups and downs as Mr. and Mrs. Grey occasionally disagree and makeup. All would have been perfect except for one unexpected occurrence in the Grey Enterprises Holdings, Inc building.

Reality struck them both as they come home to Seattle from their honeymoon. There is so much to attend to. They have to get back to their routine - go to work, meet up with family and friends, and mingle with associates & business partners. They have to deal with the dangers lurking behind. Furthermore, they have to keep the fire burning between them.

The unexpected pregnancy of Ana would have been the icebreaker from all that they need to cope but it turns the other way around. Christian looses himself. He is frightened and angry all at the same time. Ana is left to nurture herself, endure Christian's resentment, and cling onto their relationship. An occurrence which endangered Ana's life urges Christian to take action. He lets go of his anger, embraced his fears, and accepted his wife's love as well as the people surrounding him - thus freeing him from all past experiences that have tainted and pained him.

I am reading Fifty Shades Freed right now and I can't out it down. I keep reading a little more to see if she ends pregnant. That would be awesome. I can't wait for the movie. I think for the movie, they should have Matt Bomer play Christian. Before I finished the first book, Matt came to mind. He reminds me of what Christian looks like. He fits it perfectly.

Just a bit of advice. Remove the title "Text Module" from one of your modules. I could not seem to concentrate seeing it.

wish i could get into this book- have parts 1 & 2, and could barely get through them- it reminded me of the vampire books in a way, although I actually enjoyed Twilight. Guess here's my problem- is this is what women are craving, a man who is the dominant? Are they living in such a fantasy world that he's going to be a billionaire, etc? Guess I need an attitude adjustment, but it seems something is "off' about this. However, very good lens!

I've been hearing about this novel and mostly the readers are females, and they say it is like Twilight without the vamp and wolf and all the crazy stuffs of the paranormal.

Maybe I'll check it one time online.
