Without a doubt I would say Chris Nolan's Batman.
I've always liked Batman and was also a fan of Green Hornet with Bruce Lee as Kato. I think what I liked about them was they were "human beings" and not "aliens" from another planet. Their powers came from their intelligence and innovatice gadget inventions. They had character flaws as well as internal demons to cope with.
As far fetched as it is, it seemed more plausible to me that a billionaire might have a dual identity fighting crime than having some alien fall to earth to fight our battles. lol

Spiderman and Hulk were also among my tops. However in both of their cases they were aided physically/internally by outside forces (radioactive spider and a lab experiment gone bad)

My favorite is Batman.  He does not have any super human powers so he seemed more realistic to me.  A combination of gadgetry and intelligence allows this guy to combat the seedy underworld of Gotham.

My favorite is Batman because he can hold his own with people that have superpowers.  He uses his full potential and thinks ahead.  Other superheros just show up without a plan and most of them have a weakness.

I would definitely say my favorite superhero would either be Batman or the Green Lantern. I love Batman because he has no real superpowers, but he's still feared and powerful, and then with Green Lantern he's not the only one. It's an entire organization rather than just one person. They are definitely tied for my favorite superhero. Although the X-men are amazing too.

Easiest question ever - Superman the Man of Steel. By FAR. The Kryptonian is like a comic book Jesus figure - all that is pure and good, before modernism made such things an anachronism.
