      Brenda, I loved all your poetry. They describe the feelings a person goes through having anxiety. Very pragmatic scenarios. But as Paulo Coelho says, we shouldn't let anxiety control us.

         I know what Paulo Coelho says, but it's sometimes difficult to not let it control your thoughts.

      Excellent response to the word prompt, anxiety.
      Brenda, I enjoyed all your poems. It would be wrong to say, that I don't have anxieties. But, certainly less than what I used to have in my younger days. Perhaps, as we age, we learn to deal with it.
      It was a great read. Thank you for sharing.

         I think we all have anxiety from time to time, but maybe as we get older we learn how to cope with it better.

            Thank you so much, Bredz. Feeling better today. I stayed in hospital last night due to low oxygen level. It dropped down to 87 -88 now it's better but still low. Hope I will be well very soon.

               I'm glad to know you went to the hospital and let them watch over you.
               Please just take it easy.
               
               That oxygen level is a bear to fight.
               I struggle with mine daily.
               I ended up not feeling well yesterday, but me & my stubbornness stayed home in bed.

                  Please, Bredz, take good care of yourself. I'm thinking about you. A low oxygen level is no joke. It's scary. Mine isn't quite good and stable yet. I'm trying to rest properly.
                  
                  I believe that it is due to the change in weather. However, it worsened yesterday after eating peanuts, I guess.

   Thank you for posting this Jodah. Great take on anxiety Brenda, Anxiety is my enemy and when my days pass with no problems it is the best, So I think positively and I keep working and if anxiety creeps up I attempt to turn my back and ignore it best I can until the grip lessens and I can feel good about myself again,

      I hate to hear you deal with anxiety; but it also relieves me a little bit
      
      I've been worried lately that I might be dealing with its ugly head also.
      
      Not certain yet, the doctors are running other tests...but I do have alot on my plate.
      
      Fortunately, writing seems to help keep me on track.

      So here lately I've had a few health issues. 
      When I start not feeling well, I seem to panic ~ which makes my symptoms worse.
      Is this anxiety?   Or just a panic attack.?
