Gianella has written a poem about the necessity to adapt to having MS. This is a good response to Brenda's word prompt.

    Gianella
Your words tell us You We're often lost not knowing what direction to turn when life took you by surprise.

It's not easy to face the fact that you have  a disease....let alone deal with all the details.

You think it's better to prepared  than to feel helpless later on.

When things in your life are going bad, find a reason to keep going...to feel like you are human.

Appreciate little things and be thankful to be having them.

Enjoy seeing others living their life and find reasons to be happy.

Take time to get to know people & truly understand them.

Remember that in life each chapter will come to an end, but a new one will begin.

You tell us to leave our past behind & bring with us lessons from yesterday.
These will serve as stepping stones to guide our way.

When faced with tough situations in life, make the best of them.
    Be creative.

Hold onto your faith for it could be a bumpy ride, but accept the simple things & be happy.

Try not to complicate things by overthinking.

A smile can bring sunshine to others.

Learn to adapt to changes & help one another along the way.

We can get through life together.   That is life's victory for everyone.

This is such a touching piece of writing.

It tells us of one's struggle, but also how he sees the light at the end of the tunnel before ever reaching it.

I post a link in the word prompt article.
