Please take some time to read this interesting poem by Misbah.

Hello Misbah!
An interesting response to the word prompt, First. We may find it amusing to read it now, but I can imagine the trauma, a seven year old must be having at that time. Good to know that your visit to the dentist went on smoothly, later on.
Thank you for sharing your personal experience. Have a great day.
Hi Mishbah,
That was a dental journey---it seems the first time of most events are scary. And at seven years old--I think you were great. I can remember wishing my mama was with me at the dentist as an adult. I do not like dentists or doctors. However, we humans need them both.
Have a great Month of June.
Bobbi Purvis
Dear Bobby, thank you very much for reading and for your lovely comment. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Parents are one of God's most treasured Blessings. Mothers are magical beings. The warmth of a mother's hand can make one forget about their pain. Much Love!
Please take care and have a wonderful day.
Sending you lots of Blessings and Love!!
I loved reading about this experience..your first time at the dentist. I also used to be scared of the dentist and wrote a poem about it a few years ago. Now I have finally faced my fears and just take a dental visit in my stride.
I am glad you finally had your teeth capped after so many years. Blessings.
Thank you for sharing this, Chitrangada.
Hi John, Thank you so much for reading and leaving such a lovely comment. I'm delighted you enjoyed the poem. I'd love to read your poem about the dentist as well. Can you please share with me the link or the title of the hub?
Wishing you a beautiful Sunday. Take care and keep smiling.
Blessings always!!
Interesting Take Misbah. A visit to the dentist is always one of those tragio-comic episodes in our lives that we need to finish off quickly and move on, and you have captured the mood of the journey beautifully in your work. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing Chitrangada for sharing Misbah's work
Misbah it is called The Bloody Battle of Hansen's Gap (https://hubpages.com/literature/The-Bat … ansens-Gap) It isn't a poem sorry..more a short story/essay.
Salam,
It was an interesting read, Misbah. I am planning to go to a dentist for the treatment of my lower incisors. But I am scared of what the doctor will say. Being a 7-years-old kid, your fear was normal. I really enjoyed reading it.
Wasalam dear sister,
Thank you so much for reading and leaving such a lovely comment. I'm delighted you found it interesting. I think no one like going to the dentist, but it is necessary in order for us to have a beautiful smile.
I hope everything goes well for you. Love you heaps!
Sending you lots of hugs and blessings!
This was an amusing read based on the word prompt, "First." I enjoyed reading it. I am glad to know you had your tooth finally capped. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, Chitrangada, for sharing Misbah's post.
This article is an interesting take on Brenda's prompt. I think all young children are afraid of the dentist. I enjoyed reading your poem Misbah.. had to get teeth capped when I was 18 years old, so I relate to your story. Love and blessings Misbah!
Thank you for posting Misbah's poem Chitrangada.
Pamela, thank you so much for your beautiful comment and for sharing your experience with me. Dentists, I believe, help us to maintain our lovely smiles; yet, their style is dangerous. Lol!
Take care and have a fabulous Sunday.
Many Blessings and love as always.
Misbah, I enjoyed reading your first experience at the dental clinic. I am glad finally you capped your tooth smoothly after 12 years. Well composed poem. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Chitra di for sharing Misbah's hub.
Misbah
Thank you for sharing your First Dental experience with us.
7 yrs old....I'm not certain I remember what age I was when I first visited the dentist.
Your poem, " From Amusement Park To Dental Clinic" took me by surprise.
I can't imagine letting this go until you were in your twenties.
We start going to dentist at a young age & have teeth cleanings once per year.
I can picture you sitting in that chair and escaping, only to be caught by your dad.
The sight of the needle & that blood really scares a child. I can imagine the look in your face.
It's great that your teeth could still be capped after so long of a time.
I did draw an important conclusion from your poem....
You Lose Focus while driving and crash!
Sound familiar??
Your Scooter...twice.
But yes, you have enjoyed driving since a very young age.
Just stop looking around...look at the road.
I enjoyed reading your work first thing >this morning...I just got a new glimpse into your life.
I'll post a link in the word prompt article.
Sending you hugs for finally visiting the dentist & facing that fear....
Bredz
So sweet of you, dear Bredz. I truly appreciate your wonderful comments. Thank you so much for taking the time to read and for posting the link to my hub in the word prompt article. I don't think I'm very good at driving anything. Lol! I quickly lose focus. I'll have to work on it.
I am glad you enjoyed reading it.
Take care and have a great day.
Sending you lots of love, hugs and Blessings
An interesting and amusing account of your first visit to the dentist, Misbah. Most people dread the visit to the dentist, but for you at such an young age must have been terrifying. Glad it was finally solved. A good response to Brenda's word prompt. I enjoyed reading it. Thanks Chitrangada for sharing.
This is an amusing article to read, but I know the event wasn't amusing for Misbah when it happened! I'm glad that the problem was finally fixed, even though it took a long time.
Haha, I had to go for too many dental visits as a kid. The worst and last one was when my wisdom tooth grew at an angle instead of growing straight. It was one big tooth the doc needed to take out by cutting my gums open. I can still feel the pain that followed! Nice first experience of going to the dentist. Brought back my painful days lol
Farah, thank you so much for reading and your sweet comment. They seem to enjoy removing wisdom tooth. They extracted mine when I was 27 years old for the same reason as yours, claiming that if I did not have it extracted, it would cause problems with my other teeth. To put it another way, they have a lot of dangerous stuff in their hands. All you can do is say yes. Lol
Take care and have a great time.
Many Blessings and Love as always!!

Please read Misbah's beautiful poem "Bury Them in the Depths of the Earth".This poem talks about life in general from a viewpoint of a person who is a bit frustrated and tired with life and has tried to portray her emotions in the shape of a beautiful poem. Thanks for this intense imagery...
