I enjoyed your free verse poetry, John. The last poem with words starting with an S is very clever with the shape and the words. I enjoyed each poem.

Loved these poems, John. I like the shape you managed to create in the "same stuff symphony," I remember I was once asked in school to write a "shape" poem. I ended up writing something on rain in the shape of an umbrella. Thanks for sharing these wonderful free-verse poems.

    Thanks, Pamela for sharing.

Hi Ravi, thanks for reading these poems. I am glad you liked the one I formed into a shape too. I had fun experimenting. An umbrella shape about rain would be great.

    Hello John!
A delightful read it is— Rhymes or free verse, I enjoy all your poems.
I believe, the flow of words and poetry comes naturally to you, and the readers can feel it.
All pieces are excellent, with special reference to the last one, ‘Same word symphony.’ So creatively done!
    Thank you for sharing.
    Thank you Pamela!

Hi Chitrangada, thank you for saying that. I do find free-verse more difficult but I was reasonably happy with how the poems turned out. I am glad you liked the last one. Take care,

True! Rhymes or free-verse you nail it all. The shape formation was so cleverly done! Enjoyed them all as always! Thank you, Pamela, for the share.

Thanks for sharing John's excellent hub, Pamela.

I loved these beautiful poems, John. So wonderfully done! Very unique and interesting. I especially loved the last one, 'Same Stuff Symphony.' I also liked the poetry you quoted, especially Walt Whitman's and Sanober Khan's. Thank you for sharing.

    Blessings always! smile
