      Thank you, Lora for this very thoughtful thread.  This is a poem I only publish once in awhile for Halloween.  Given the changes at HP, this will be the last time. It was the twist at the end about his kitten that was the most fun to write.  That was the "trick."  Things are never what they seem on Halloween.

      I just read one of your rhyming poems that you wrote for Chris Mills; “A Horror Story – A Dramatic Poem.”  A very astute and creative story that takes us into another world of imagination.  So well done! :-)
