Ice Cream

Okay, so practically everything else so far has been dramatic or sad. Pretty much about love or lust. So now something fun: ICE CREAM! There's an inside joke about ice cream but like the end of this poem, a wise girl kisses but never tells. <grins>

so many flavors

which one shall i choose?

hmm...cookies 'n cream or bubble gum blues?

the calories, oh my, how frightful

let's work them off

do not worry, it will be quite delightful

maybe just one scoop?

on second thought...

make it two

cherries, whipped cream, banana splits

indulgent toppings

make it so hard to resist

gratification in every savory bite

come on, make it last

melt in your mouth

don't eat it too fast

maybe your the type who likes to

play it safe

vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry

to only pick only one

would be such a waste

on the other hand

you could try them all in one bowl

though not my cup of tea

i may lose self control

my personal taste

is that what you inquire?

a wise girl kisses but never tells

she has to leave something for desire
