Jealously the death

Updated on January 19, 2013

Her Lies

Source

Lies are worst

The death Of Lies

Does not become her

Odd intent space consumes her heart

Life is a request of the impossible dreams

Flowers like concrete that bring her down

Trying to pluck a note of music out of the air

To put under glass and treasure

Looking all the wrong places

For the jealous heart that she has

That is bringing her death

Slowly but slowly

She doesn’t even know it

Because of her sharp tongue that explodes

That cuts others to the soul

Just so she can get ahead in life to soar

The race that she is not doing very well

Her jealous heart

Is slowly killing her

She doesn’t even know it.

Wondering why she doesn’t have friends

Why she is miserable

In a moment she will try to leave the earth

And find a place called the middle ground.

Missing the mark

Jumping the gun

Landing in fire instead of puffy white

Living her life

Wasting precious times

With jealously

That doesn’t become her

This jealously makes her ugly

For all to see

Discovered something about life

With only pause to look

Listen

Get a clue

Because jealously does not become the girl

In this place in the moment

Nightmare

It does not need to be pathetic

But it is happening

The girl went off her rocker

With her sharp lying tongue

What is normal?

She doesn’t know

She has no friends

She needs to pay for damages

But she never will

How she destroys lives

Not moral no message

No perspective tract

Just a simple statement of fact

The civilization to survive

Liar

The lies

She has told

With her eyes wide open

The lives she destroys

Brings about Jealously with Death

Samuel Johnson wrote “Almost all of absurdity of conduct rises from the imitation of those that we cannot presume.”

To spot a Lair

Jealousy is one of the so-called seven deadly sins. I say so-called because many think there should be probably more than seven. But combining jealousy with lies and that is a borderline sickness of the mind, surely...

Wow, Debbie, a great read! She makes herself miserable by the way she behaves, and then the misery makes her behave even worse... like a viscous circle... Voting up and stuff, Jen

Debbie, this poor woman, she is the one who is hurting herself and other people, but she is so blind about this. She cannot even see what she is doing! And because of all of this she is dying slowly and painfully.

      Voted up.

Powerful and well said my friend. People with poisonous tongues are not worth the time of day yet they can destroy others with the poison the spew. Jealousy is a very destructive trait. Love the Queen video. Hope all is well in your world Debbie. Passing this on to Hub sharers.

Holy Cow!! I wish I had this beauty with me a few years back. SOmeone comes to mind that I would have handed to. I guess that would have done no good as individuals with a forked tongue and jealous heart are difficult to affect. They feel no shame and grow taller when they inflict hurt.

The walking dead, as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks so muchf or writing this Debbie. Voting up.

Ah, a young soul - she! Sadly she may not learn in this lifetime to count her own blessings instead of being miserable over that which she wishes she had! Life's too short to be miserable over nothing! Excellent life lesson here, Debbie!

Great poem, Debbie. My Dad always said that there was only one person he disliked more than a thief and that was a liar. Then, if you throw jealousy in with lying, you've got a person no one wants to be around, as your poem so aptly describes. Voted up!

I voted up,Debbie. Most jealous people need serious help. They are hurting badly inside. That is so powerful and great. The jealous people need to read it often.
