TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I have known Matthew Aycoth since he was a child. He has been a wonderful friend, and an excellent influence on my family. His positive attitude and desire for excellence make him an ideal candidate for this opportunity. Matthew is a strong leader with the heart of a servant. He is an extremely intelligent man, and his character is an example to people who are younger and much older than he is.

Matthew began to develop his reputation as a leader in his church’s youth program. The pastor, Clint Echols, would frequently ask Matthew to organize events, teach, and coordinate volunteer campaigns. Matthew was the captain of his wrestling team, and led young life events throughout high school. On his summer vacation, Matthew worked with a young man that was disabled. Matthew’s employer frequently complimented him for his positive influence and ability to inspire the young men he cared for. Matthew is a man of integrity, passion, and influence.

It is with great pleasure that I write to you in recommendation of Matthew Aycoth. He is a man capable of inspiring others, and he leads with great humility. Matthew is an honest, strong, and intelligent man who I confidently recommend for this opportunity.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Heather Zboch

Friend of Matthew Aycoth
