Peregrine wind

Peregrine Falcon Natural Habitat Distribution Map

Wing-tip to wing-tip the worlds fastest bird... falcon grinned,

soaring above this beautiful blue orb with the indicator pinned,

target locked on with a vision so clear the catch is already skinned,

providing nourishment for future generations a new education begins,

returning to learn from the mother is a class where everybody wins,

realizing that mistreating her and the creations of life is the only real truth of sin,

chemicals used yesterday on our fields are making new babies shell too thin,

left only to bee cared for by researchers just learning how to swim,

the teachers are extinguishing at an astonishing rate, leaving us up guano's creek with a guppies fin,

stuck in a barrel no higher than a locust's shin,

world's fastest left hanging on only by a whim,

if this athlete could compete the Olympics would have to trim,

up to float like clouds... tilt to cover the brim,

shielding blazing skies, riding thermals rise as they rise... high above volcano's rim,

if we cannot see this eruption coming our future may bee dark and dim

SKY

That great work goego , the falcon is one of my favorite birds , and what I have done here is to , relate the future to the type of children we humans are raising these days and how. I believe in the sins of the parents and the Most High gave us dominion over all things.

Very timely. I saw a Kestrel this morning. There has been a lot of "marsh hawk" activity with all of the northern birds down here for winter. It is amazing how they all manage to adapt. I hope we find a way to keep them around and even flourish. Keep it up goego!

      Great hub.

A beautiful winged creature and free.

Your poem has truth, if we don't help mother earth she wont help us.

Take care and a happy New Years Eve.
