The Truman Show
The Truman Show !
Harry split Palestine in two.
Harry ! - If you could have only knew
that this home you made
for the Hebrews
would be so ironic
to the words you used;
“Hitler was wrong.
Murdering Jews left and right...”
Now what! This bloody sight
of Innocents killed in the firing line.
Is this right?
How is this justified?
When what happened then
still going on today -
maybe not exactly quite in the same way
but parallel in the sense
– it’s like Hell.
Do two wrongs make a right?
Answer THIS... What’s the difference between the Gaza Strip and Auschwitz?
Nothing compares to
the lives that have been lost
but at what cost?...
Should these poor people have to pay for this new state declared in 1948?
The Blood of Innocents
No such thing as ignorant -
bliss when you listen
to the ammunition.
The sickening images of women and kids
that got to near to the terrorists.
Home grown militants
brain washed and vigilant
against the enemy of their own politics.
What a nation
given to Jews for reparations
a small chunk of land in Western Asia
All part of a mass plan for invasion
of oil rich lands
A War with Zionists vs. Islam
The Jews in Jerusalem
radically programmed to fight
to take back the holy land of the Jesu-ites !
A place where once upon a time they had peace
at the start of the twentieth century -
When Israel was part of Palestine
before Harry Truman
went onto and give his co sign
11 minutes after the declaration
I bet he never thought this
that the United Nations
had started a war that 50 years later
would take more lives
than any concentration...
now ever has
and still does to this very day in fact....
Harry if you could have only knew...
what would happen
then would you have still gone and said it...
said them same things in your message
to give this terrible mistake of a place
Idea & Inpiration
My idea for this poem basically came from reading about the conspiracy theories about israel and the people supposedly behind it's declaration as a state. The name for the poem I took from the Jim Carey film the Trueman Show but in a little twist I made it about the 33rd President of the United States of America Harry Truman who was very vocal about his support for the state of Israel.
