Review: Book 1 of the Temptation Series by K. M. Golland

Unlike Bared to You and similar 'copy cat' style books, The Temptation Series by K. M. Golland has a much different plot, own twist on the typical erotic romance novels.Yes, there's a hot billionaire, but the female character, Alexis, is a simple, everyday woman, who just went back to work after being a stay-at-home mom for 9 years.

If you are looking for a great book or series like Fifty Shades of Grey then you must read Temptation and the rest of the series, by K. M. Golland. Here you will find my review of Temptation and why it's such a fabulous book!

About Temptation by K. M. Golland

Alexis decides to join the workforce after 9 years of being a stay-at-home mom to two wonderful children and her husband, Rick. While she enjoyed being home, she has decided to go back out into the 'real world' and work now that the children are old enough to go to school.

Alexis quickly lands a job as a concierge attendant at a high-end resort company, owned by Bryce Clark. Mr. Clark is not only filthy rich, but he's also a hot-hunk that is determined to get any and every thing he wants... and it doesn't take long for him to have his eyes on his newest employee, Alexis. The only problem is, while yes, Alexis has a little crush, she determined to remain faithful to her husband, no matter what.

Alexis' once normal-life quickly turns into a sexual roller-coaster that leaves her torn between her family and her boss. Could she really be falling for Mr. Clark and his tantalizing ways?

Meanwhile, Bryce doesn't care whether or not Alexis is married or not. All he cares about is getting what he wants, and what he wants is Alexis!

One of the Top Series Like Fifty Shades of Grey!

Except it has it's own little twist! Alexis is a happily married woman with children at home!

Review of Temptation

Wow! This has been one of the best book series like Fifty Shades. I would have to say, unlike most of the other books like 50 Shades, Temptation has it's own plot. It starts off with a happily married women who has a wonderful husband and two children at home.

So, why would she ever fall for her boss? Well, because he's a hot billionaire that won't take "no" for an answer. Temptation is one of those books that will pull at your heart strings for sure! Alexis is the perfect wife with the perfect family and is determined to remain faithful; all the while- her boss, Bryce, is determined to have her as his own. With two determined people, who could possibly win?

I really enjoyed the plot, as well as the characters. Unlike most of erotic romance books of this nature, the characters were very realistic. Alexis was a typical house wife, nothing too special but nothing to homely, nor the usual college girl. I won't go too far into the plot because I don't want to spoil the book; but I will say that if you enjoy a book that will keep you turning the pages while building the tension, you will love TEMPTATION!

If you are looking for a great erotic romance book series along the lines of Fifty Shades of Grey then I strongly suggest the Temptation Series by K. M. Golland!
