A Shot In The Dark

Updated on March 4, 2011
A Shot In The Dark
A Shot In The Dark

Is it wise to judge a book by its cover

When its value is buried within?

Is it wise to judge the worth of another

Without traveling a mile in their skin?

To jump to conclusions is folly...

Judgments thus made miss the mark,

Like an arrow aimed blindly, sent flying

At a target obscured by the dark.

oh, I see so much of this today, mostly aimed at obama, who many consider a dark horse, but they have never been nailed into his shoes, and ride across the battlefields of dead that he was reluctantly chosen to commit, plus all of the wieght of the office that consumes his days, making his hair gray far too soon. it is easy to be a chicken hawk or an armchair quarterback with lots of complaints but no solutions. We must read what the book is trying to say, there are many chapters to study, before we reach the wrong conclusion and get surprised by a much happier ending, to many are reading into the book what was never authored. Super hub.~~~MFB III
