Web of lies

Updated on December 7, 2010

A master spinner,
spun a web.
a master sinner,
had my feelings ebb.

A web of lies,
full of deceit.
destroyed lives,
her freinds retreat.

Now a solitary,
gloom presides.
Filling darkness in every,
heart kicked aside.

Once a good friend,
to a select few.
Leaving in the end,
we panic in a pew.

If only there was truth,
to what she had said.
Instead of being uncouth,
her freindships now dead.

So much time was spent,
to try and bring you joy.
In the end words were bent,
leaving me feeling like a toy.

To play with as you seen fit,
lying to everyone.
Till i made you quit,
and the lies now done.

I hope you find peace,
inside your black heart.
If you can make the lies cease,
you maybe can have a fresh start.......

Sounds like you were in a bad relationship. I'm sorry it went well. Good poem, if sad.

btw, 'mabey' should be 'maybe' :)
