The basic of writing an article is that the medium of communication in the article should be simple. The flow of the article is also important as will make the article more interesting and make the reader understand what is conveyed more easily. Adding graphics, picture, maps etc.will also enhance the quality and also help the reader to understand the article easily. The article should contain the "Introduction" and "Conclusion". By reading the introduction, the reader can make an idea what he is going to get inside the article. The same way the conclusion part of the article will again brief the reader what he has got in the article.

Followings are some steps or tips which will help in writing a good article.

Who will be your audience?

It is always advisable to know your audience. Once you have published the article who is going to read it. Whether, your article is for the children, young, elders, techie, engineer, doctor, economist or someone else. This is very important, because once you know your audience it will help you to decide your style of writing, the level of language, your presentation etc.. For example, if your target audience is children they you may like to put more images in your article. If your target audience is a computer engineer then you have the freedom that you can use the IT terms, because for the audience it won’t be an issue.

Once you have decided your target audience, you can proceed further for planning and writing the article.

Get an Idea for the article

Once you have decided your target audience, next step is to decide topic. So you have to come up with an idea. For this you have to go through the news papers, watch TV, surf internet, so there is no restriction on from where you will get your idea. Even when you are in your friend circle, from your discussion also you may get. Some time small children help a lot in this. So don’t put yourself in any boundaries. Open up yourself and your mind. Also decide the boundaries of your topic.

Your presentation should be unique than others. Try to give images, charts, maps etc ...wherever necessary. For this again you can do research over internet.

You can enhance the standard and quality of your article. It will also help the reader to know what is written where.

Don’t forget to edit your article
