2012 Mayan Wind Chimes Collection

I have recently begun to create a series of glass wind chimes to usher in the special energies of 2012!

A few weeks ago I got this incredible urge to create wind chimes based on Mayan artwork that I have always loved. I sat down and 4 hours later, I created this wonderful amber wind chime. The Chime is large, 9 inches across by 24 inches long and weighs almost three quarters of a pound! Lots of glass, crystal chips and glass beads!

I feel guided to create these chimes, and I feel the Mayan spirit is infusing my artwork right now. I felt immensely pushed to sit down and work on these chimes...the feeling was overwhelming and would not leave me. I had to literally get rid of everyone in the house during a weekend to create this work. The results are wonderful and I will continue to add to my collection.

The wind chimes that I will be creating, I feel, from the energy they open, will help usher in the new awakening of the planet. Visit my site to see my creations as they go up!

Love and peace to all!

Good hub, the Mayan culture is fascinating, spent time there in Sepember unfortunatly the ethnic Mayan culture is very poor today.
