Cleaning Schedule

Cleaning schedule for office cleaning or residential-editable free download

When you make a quotation for a regular residential or office cleaning service, you need to attach a cleaning service schedule.

What is a basic office cleaning schedule and how do I make one?

Basic information that should be on the cleaning schedule:

1: Your company name, address, phone, fax, contact, etc.

2: Your customer’s company name, address, phone, fax, contact, etc.

3: Today’s date-optional.

4: Cleaning Schedule:

Daily: Cleaning duties you will be doing daily

Weekly: What cleaning duties you will be doing weekly

Monthly: What cleaning duties you will be doing monthly

Quarterly: What you will be doing every 3 months.

Semi annually: What you will be doing every 6 month.

Yearly: What you will be doing once a year.

You can make a cleaning schedule a few different ways.

1: You can list them as shown below.

Daily: Clean restrooms, clean entrance doors, vacuum all carpeted areas, damp mop all hard floors, etc.

Weekly: Dust all ledges, pictures, frames, flower vase, decorative items, etc.

Monthly: Damp wipe all ledges, pictures, frames, flower vase, decorative items, etc.

Quarterly: Damp wipe all lighting fixtures, air ducts, etc.

Semi y Annually: Hot water extraction all carpeted areas. Top scrub and re-finish all VCT tiles.

Yearly: Strip and wax all VCT tiles.

Note: You can make it simple or detailed. If you make it too simple, some customers will request a detailed cleaning schedule.

Recommendation is to make a detailed cleaning schedule. Why? It will make a good impression of your company. Remember most customers are interested in cleaning companies that will give attention to details.

2: You can make the list in a spreadsheet and checkmark the items that you will be doing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annually and annually.
