Whether or not you have a room, or a small corner, most people would have what is considered a home office. This is where their computer may be, or it is simply a space where one can sit down and organize their paperwork. If you're dealing with important documents, it is important that this space is as organized as possible right? Read below for some products that you might find useful to use in your home.

FitBALL Balance Ball Chair

Want a way to get some exercise in and worried about just sitting around all day? This cool chair actually helps what the product website calls "active sitting", where you engage your core muscles and helps with proper posture. It includes the rolling frame (with wheels) and the balance ball. You should be able to do double duty with the balance ball should you want to use that for your exercise routine.

Stick-Up Weekly Calendar

This item does triple duty. It is a weekly calendar, a wrist rest for your keyboard and sticky note all in one. Go ahead and write down any reminders while typing away on your computer, then place the stick-it note anywhere else later on to remind you of important dates and events.

Fold Out Convertible Desk

If you have limited space, this fold out convertible desk might be just the solution for you! It looks like a cabinet until you fold it out. It is only 6" deep. Even if closed, the shelf can hold your office items, so no need to worry. Comes in either black or walnut.

Solar Window Portable Charger

Trying to do you part and be a little more environmentally friendly? Maybe you want to try to save a bit on your electric bill? This neat little solar charger is pretty lightweight at 150g, so you can use it even if you are on the go. All you have to do is stick the solar panel on a window and away you go! You can use to this to charge devices such as your smartphone or mp3 players.

Personal Credit Card Reader

With the onslaught of numerous cases of identity theft these days, you cannot be too careful in trying to protect your information when on the internet. This card swiper helps prevent hackers from getting your credit card information. When you shop online, all you have to do is swipe your card and your information is entered for you. Should work with most sites that accept credit cards online.

Number Paperclips

For the OCD inside of you, I'm sure you'll love sorting and arranging documents into whatever categories your heart desire. Organize it from order of importance or what types of documents you need to tackle first. Or you can just admire the piece of art these paperclips are.

Cord Controls

Tired of all the pesky wires you have? Don't want to trip over them anymore? These easy to use cord organizers stick on the wall, so no need for complicated installation. The opening makes it fairly easy to slid cords into place.

I'm pretty sure I want one of everything mentioned here. The balance ball chair seems like it would provide support but also let important core muscles do their work.

Thanks for sharing these items that would make a home office a little more functional and interesting.

Great hub; voted up and Shared.

@billybuc - to be honest I'm not big on gadgets either, but I do love products that are helpful in anyway. It's just that there is so many of them to choose from!

@RTalloni- I really want one to be honest. But I've got carpeting and not sure how well the wheels will work with that.
