CoolClipz Chip Clips Plastic Bag Sealer Stick by Kitchen Hackz

Updated on July 28, 2015

Disclaimer

I received a free pack of CoolClipz Chip Clips Plastic Bag Sealer Sticks from Kitchen Hackz in exchange only for an honest review of the product.

CoolClipz

CoolClipz is a new kitchen gadget that makes tradition food clips obsolete. Unlike tradition clamp clip the CoolClipz provides a perfect seal that keeps food fresh unlike tradition clamp clips. These CoolClipz are air tight; they prevent air from entering the bag and drying food out. The CoolClipz are also water tight; with CoolClipz not a single drop of water will get to your food through the top of the bag.

In addition to keeping food safe, dry and fresh the CoolClipz are also thin and compact allowing them to be stored in a kitchen draw without taking up any space. The CoolClipz can be used on any type of plastic bag such as:

  • Potato Chip bags
  • Frozen Vegetable bags
  • Salad bags
  • Candy bags
  • Herb bags
  • Spice bags
  • Pretzel bags

These CoolClipz have a 100% manufacture warranty meaning that if you buy CoolClipz and don't completely love them than you just need to send them back and Kitchen Hackz will refund every cent of the purchase price (these are manufactured in China). Also if the item is defective than Kitchen Hackz will send you a replacement.

Arrival

My pack of CoolClipz Chip Clips Plastic Bag Sealer Sticks from Kitchen Hackz arrived in an amazon box with air bags for protection. The box arrived completely undamaged and the CoolClipz Chip Clips sticks themselves were in perfect condition.

Review

As I said in the disclaimer "I received a free pack of CoolClipz Chip Clips Plastic Bag Sealer Sticks from Kitchen Hackz in exchange only for an honest review of the product." Since receiving this pack of CoolClipz Chip Clips I have used the CoolClipz Chip Clips on potato chips, a bag of pretzels, sweetish fish candy, sour patch kids candy, a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, and on my bag of Italian style salad mix that I store in the refrigerator.

The CoolClipz Chip Clips worked great on everything I have tried them on expect for a bag of nacho chips that I got at Whole Foods. However that chip bag was extremely thick and it was not plastic. So make sure to know that these CoolClipz Chip Clips are ONLY meant for plastic type bags not paper bags. For all of my plastic bags these CoolClipz Chip Clips worked without issues. They are very easy to put on plastic bags, but if you are unsure on how to put them on you can read the instructions on the back of the CoolClipz Chip Clips container (as seen to the right) or you could check out one of the YouTube videos that I linked to this hub.

Overall I would recommend the CoolClipz Chip Clips Plastic Bag Sealer Sticks from Kitchen Hackz to anyone who uses clamp clips on their kitchen bags. It is time to upgrade to CoolClipz! CollClipz keep food fresh longer than clamp clips and they seal plastic bags so that they are air and water tight. These CoolClipz Chip Clips Plastic Bag Sealer Sticks from Kitchen Hackz would also make a cute gift item to a friend or family member. They would be a great piece of a kitchen style gift basket.

This product works great and they cost what they should from what they are made from. Gripstics are way overpriced and their company has rude employees!!!

I have had these since July and they are still working great. I have not had a single one break. Maybe you are being too rough on them?

This is a Chinese knock-off, made from cheap plastic. They don't work. They don't slide on bags well - they get stuck. Not to mention, they break easily. Do yourself a favor and buy the patented version - Gripstic.
