Garden Cultivator | Wooden Handles | Plow Flips Over to Cultivator

Updated on September 1, 2012

Flip and Go Wheeled Garden Cultivator

If you love to garden you are going to flip over this Amish garden wheeled cultivator.

It is like the old time wheeled cultivator, except this one has two tool options readily available just by flipping the handles over.

No need to stop and change over from a row plow or back to cultivation tines. With the Flip and Go Cultivator just flip it over to make new planting rows flip it back to finish weeding between existing garden rows.

The cultivator was designed by an Amish gentleman who manufactures them using heavy built metal parts and sharp cutting edges.

The hardwood handles are 3/4" thick and 46-1/2 long.

The cultivator also features easy to adjust handles with a height range from 28-3/4 to 44-1/2 making this cultivator easy to use by several in the family.

The Flip and go cultivator is available online at the Cottage Craft Works back-to-basics online general store.

Cottage Craft Works also has steam bent replacement wood handle sets for the old garden cultivators.

You can also purchase other old time cultivators from this unique back to basics retailer.

the HOSS Wheel Hoe a reproduction of the famous Planet Junior cultivator a popular hand pushed cultivator from around 1910 and on up to the early 50s

The Hoss Wheel Hoe is heavy duty made just like the Planet Junior with many different plow and cultivator attachments available.

Another famous garden cultivator is available, The Rotary Cultivator is made from heavy duty metal for years of service.

This cultivator features a unique rolling drum made up of sharp rotary blades that chop weeds ahead of the cultivator tines.

The cultivator has five sharp tines to cut a 12" wide path up rooting and cutting roots deep underneath the ground.

Instead of a wooden handle the Rotary Cultivator uses an all metal handle.

This seems like a useful tool. I never thought about using a cultivator to make gardening easier. It's probably lots more handy than digging with a 7-in-1 tool. Thanks for sharing. Voted up and useful.
