Calling all gardeners! Battle stations!

Garden, oh Garden, I don't know why do you do it?

You welcome the veggies, and all the weeds to it!

I've prep'ed up the soil and planted the good seeds.

But the first thing I see each year are those weeds!

So hale and so hardy, you would think I should know,

A weed birthday party's going on down below!

To weed first or water... must I remember?

The worst thing is: it'll persist 'til November!
