Gold Can't Buy A Home In Heaven

Updated on October 26, 2011

Gold Can't Buy A Home In Heaven

The gold in this world can't buy a home in Heaven,

Nor can all good deeds in life that you have done.

The key to Heaven's Gate is all your sins forgiven

And only that can come from God's Heavenly Son.

You can lead a life that is without a single sin spot,

But the Father looks down to the depths of the heart.

He knows every thought, what's moral. what's not.

You are His Creation, He knows you from the start.

If we could see us as we appear in God's eyes.

Then we'd see where our life's pathway could lead.

God gave us wisdom but that doesn't make us wise.

Jesus love gives Eternal Life ,it 's so Precious indeed!

If a Heavenly Home is your planned for destination

Make sure all your sins have been washed away

Go now to the Heavenly God of all worldly Creation,

He will forgive all sins if we will only yield and pray.

Gold can't ever buy a home up there in Heaven,

There it is as common as a lump of our black coal

If we could only accept Jesus Gift of sin forgiven,

Then we could reach an attainable Heavenly goal!

If a rich man could buy his way into Heaven can

you imagine what Heaven would be like then?

I can just imagine him trying to change things

in Heaven.I think a poor man would be so

happy that he made it through the Heavenly

Gates he would want to spend his time

worshiping God and His Son,If it wasn't for

Jesus the poor man would have never

made it .I don't know about the rich man

he has spend his life with money being

the thing that he had made his god here

on earth.I know there are some rich men

that have given their heart to the Lord but

far too many just lived for self and let the

rest take care of themselves.Thank God

there are still some good people around ,

rich and poor alike,The poor ones have

had to depend on God to be with them and

comfort them in their bad days.God Looks in

the heart of man ,He does not look at the

color of man ,the education, the wealth of

man all He is interested in is His heart , if

it is pure he is worthy of Heaven.!

Thank You ,Faith, I did not know until tonight that there was a hug Hub and I understand that you and Jackie put a hub on there. I wondered when you said I might be getting a lot of new comments from people I had not heard from before, I got 5 or 6 new comments, 2 fan mail, and 5 or 6 new followers. Is there anywhere that I can see it? Now I know that I might be doing some good on here, at times I have wondered.God gives me words to start a poem with and then I take it from there. I have very few featured anymore , I have always written like I do now and I am afraid at my age I have neither the time or energy to change. I am 84 years old now and I don't know how much longer I will have to put these poems out. I would rather write poems for God and let Him decide where they will go. I guess I talk too much sometimes. Love you and appreciate you ,Clara

      Hi Dearest Clara,

Thank you once again for this beautiful hub of His truths. Yes, this is not our true home for He has gone away to prepare that true home for us, and I look forward to seeing you in our true home one day, along with many others, this is my prayer too!

You might be getting a lot of new comments from some you may have not received before sweetie.

I hope you know just how special you are to all who read, especially me and my friend Jackie Lynnley . . . and Jackie has recently expressed just how precious you are in her eyes!!! : )

      Voted up ++++ and sharing.

God bless you dear heart. In His Love Always, Faith Reaper

Very nice Poem. It is not the streets of gold and gates of pearl that makes we want to go to Heaven. What makes me want to go to Heaven most is that it is a place of no more sickness, death, pain, heartaches and no more sad goodbyes.

      Love you, Tessie
