Celery seed will take the swelling down, it is like a diuretic and although celery seed has nothing to do with celery I hear I am now juicing 3 celery stalks a day, blending is best to get all the fiber and to not tear a blender up you must have liquid, I use apple cider (it helps pain)or juice but any liquid and for my eyes I add a chopped carrot(it is claimed carrot and fennel can repair the eyes and definitely improve) in and this is very good, have only been on that a few days but celery seed for couple years so that one is a fact for sure and the celery drink dropped my blood pressure 30 points which is great for me, not for ones with low pressure, fennel is also good for eyes and at walmart under $3 get eye drop for soft contact lenses, I don't wear contact and neither does my cat but helps our eyes and I have a bottle for each of us. God bless and hope you can try this, celery seed lasts a long time, in with spices at store, I just put it on toast with honey, maybe half teaspoon once a day, forget it now and then put it does work. I also watch my salt to avoid all I can.
