Saunas are beneficial in reducing weight the natural way. As you sit in a sauna your body is at work creating sweat, burning calories and pumping blood. It also aids in cleansing, detoxification, general wellness, preventing stress and constipation, relief from pain and stiff and aching joints and muscles. It's great to come home from a hard day at work and relax in hot and comforting steam and letting your body release the stress and getting rejuvenated. All the worries, stress and tensions getting drained away with the sweat is a very nice feeling to have. The feel good hormones in the brain are released and the body is fresh and energetic again, free from all the toxins. Long sessions of 30 minutes can also burn calories. According to The Journal of the American Medical Association, in a single sauna session you may burn as many calories as you would rowing or jogging for 30 minutes (approximately 500 calories).

The profuse sweating achieved in the infrared sauna carries off deeply embedded impurities and dead skin cells, leaving the skin glowing and immaculately clean. The deep heat of an infrared sauna helps peripheral blood vessels dilate, bringing relief and healing to muscle and soft tissue injuries. In Europe, radiant heat therapy is widely used to treat patients suffering form many forms of arthritis.

Infusion Two-Person Infrared Saunas: If you thought adding a sauna to your home was only a dream, think again. The handsome Infusion two-person infrared sauna offers an affordable way to bring healing infrared heat to your home, and it's easy to install.

An infrared sauna produces dry heat and a lower temperature (between 120 and 150 degrees), which increases tolerance for longer sessions in the sauna. This infrared-powered sauna is safe to use (it's the same energy received by the sun) and will not cause tanning or promote skin cancer. The sauna's heat can help detoxify the body, cleanse the skin, soothe aching joints, and it may help boost your immune system.

I was attracted by your hub because the thought of buying a sauna like the one you describe has crossed our minds. It is definitely an appliance worthy of saving one's money for!

Very clearly written and very informative!
