How To Protect Your Fabric From Tearing While You Are Sewing.

Intructions To Construct The Secure Fabric.

Some projects need a few hours to make it look finest and to give a good quality.

Instructions to achieve a good result on any garment.

1 Cut your fabric with the 12 inches scissor.

2 Fold the 2 inches ribbon in half by any length require. Then, the ribbon needs to be iron.

3 Place the desired fabric together with the ribbon. Secure the pieces together with the pins.

4 Get the needle ready and the thread to saw next to the pins. After you need to leave half inch fabric inside the garment with the scraps. Later, you are going to sew with the sewing machine.

5 Sew with the sewing machine the fabric on top the thread that it was sewed by hand.

6 Use the sewing machine or over luck to stop the tearing of the fabric.

Precautions To Take .

Make sure to find an area that it is comfortable to work. The Iron need to have the right temperature for the ribbon that needs to be Iron. An iron board is ideal.When, the fabric is cut. Do not cut any finger or any other fabric. Do not hurt the fingers with the needle. Be careful with the sewing machine. Keep your fingers out.

Overlock Instructions.

The garment needs to turn inside out. The side that has all the scraps needs to sew by the overlock with the sewing machine. Remove all the rubbish from your garment with the scissor. Hold the fabric with your fingers to cut the waste. Use your judgment to saw before or after. Some machine sews and cuts at the same time.

Before you under sew the fabric that it is done and sew together. You need to make sure that the fabric does not have any missing sewing parts. If you miss the under sewing of the fabric. It is a lot of work to fix it. You will need to undo the missing part.The overlock will interrupt. If you do miss. Go back and start sewing the piece over the part that was done.

      This is a good hub. I couldn't vote, because I bought a Viking at a Husgavana Viking store. They are a bit more expensive, but I have been really happy with mine. Right now, I don't sew garments. Since our Walmart quit selling them, I haven't found an inexpensive enough source.

      You ought to add some sewing supplies from Amazon here. I'm sure there are people that would purchase them.

      Wow, what a helpful Hub! I haven't sewn in years, but I really enjoyed it when I had a machine. I used to make curtains, pillow covers and furniture slipcovers. Loved your photos and instructional text. Maybe it's time for me to buy a new sewing machine! :)
