How to Make Homemade Window Cleaner With Vinegar

Updated on July 4, 2015

All Natural Windex Cleaner Recipe

A friends of mine shared this recipe with me and it works even better than store bought Windex or other various glass cleaners ! Plus, not to mention all the money that I am saving ! I love the fact there are no streaks and absolutely NO residue, that so many of the over the counter varieties seem to leave ! If you have babies like I do, than you are always running around cleaning finger prints off of everything. The other thing that I really like about this cleaner, is that I don't have to worry about it harming my (twin) babies lungs because it doesn't contain ammonia, which is horrible for babies !

So here's the ingredients;

1 cup rubbing alcohol

1 cup white distilled vinegar

1 cup water

spray bottle

Just add the ingredients right into your spray bottle, shake gently and it's done - enjoy ! Some people like to add a drop or two of blue food coloring just to add the "feel" on a window cleaner.
