# 1: Vibrant and Booming Downtown

You don’t want to go in an area where the downtown part almost feels like a ghost town, right? It will be so boring to migrate to a place where there it feels like there is no life in it.

And by life, it should have different avenues to satisfy our stomach, to rejuvenate our senses, to answer our curiosity, and the like.

Fortunately, Plymouth is one of the best cities in the United States of America to live for the rest of your life, and perhaps, have a family of your own. You and your family will never ran out of things to do to make your life a colorful one.

Plymouth, most especially in Kellogg Park, is brimming with food and drink establishments ranging from restaurants, fast food chains, coffee shops, and more. Whether you are a teenager, a young professional, a parent, or what, it has all you need. It is a booming city with lots of businesses around that people from all lifestyles enjoy.

If you are into fashion, it houses the famous national and international brands. There are regular fashion shows and events. This city has twelve popular parks and prides of its huge ice-skating arena. All these and more reflects how exciting it is to live in Plymouth.

# 2: Easy Access to Nearby Locations

With its interstate access, you are midway situated at the middle part between Ann Arbor and downtown Detroit. And, if you like to go on the eastern side, just go through I-96. Passing through M-14, on the other hand, going to Ann Arbor is a breeze.

Interstate 275 actually cuts along the eastern fringe of Plymouth to take you to the northern or southern portions. It also points you to Interstate 94 and 696. Overall, it provides an awesome roadway access. It is by far, the most convenient and fastest routes when going around a city. You can just easily go wherever you like with no traffic issue or roadblocks on your way. Nothing will ever distract your road trip experience.

# 3: Very Low Crime Rate

Crime in Plymouth is almost non-prevalent. There are months where there is no reported crime or any disturbances whatever, which is something that you can always expect.

So there is nothing to worry about your kids playing around the subdivision, going out in the downtown, or even strolling around at 4 in the morning. You have nothing to worry as the peace officers are always on duty. They make sure that everyone is well protected and that the peace and order in the locality is maintained. And if you have been accustomed to seeing wall arts in streets, you might be surprised to discover that Plymouth has none of that.

You can always have peace of mind walking in major streets, as everything is clean and organized. Although, there are criminal incidents, all of them are just petty crimes. There is nothing so serious about them. But of course, as logic dictates, we should always take care of our self wherever we go and not rely too much on the police.

The most in-demand homes, condo units, flats, townhouses, apartments, are found in the city and downtown. Going to other parts, you can definitely see properties of lower prices.

You have many subdivisions to choose from, especially designed and built for residential living. They are perfect for those people who like to start their own family. Majority of the subdivisions in the Plymouth have been established for over 2 decades. And there are properties with area size starting from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. They can also have large gourmet kitchen and extensive masters’ bedroom with walk in closet and unique shower area. There are also split level homes and farms.

And when it comes to accommodation, there are a few you can choose from. Most of the houses in the city are situated in 1,000 square feet lot and have shingled roofs, storm cellars, and parking lots. When it comes to fencing your property, some posh subdivisions are okay with it but it is not that popular anyway. Most of the houses there have no fence. They are usually in an open design.

You've done a good job of promoting Plymouth. I lived in Lansing for a few years. Perhaps on my next visit I can include Plymouth, if one of the festivals in going on at the time.
