Choose Positivity. Choose Happiness.
The joy I felt inside was inexplicable.
Yes! I must admit that during the past days, there were lots of reasons to be sad. I just could not enumerate them. But let us just say that those were just part of life's adversities and diversities. The ups and downs. And we had to go through them some time in our existence. Yet, life goes on! It is a journey. A passing and moving details. So, we could not just sit, do nothing and get stuck with such bitterness or happiness. Life would be boring for sure and you will bore yourself too because there will be no seasons of life, no excitements, no thrills and no fun.
So whenever you are weary, do not be in misery. You can feel it or savor it if you like. But do not dwell on it. Let it pass. Perhaps it might be for a long time or even short but do not hold onto it. Hope for better tomorrow where there will be happiness and joy. That should what your focus will be in times of sadness. After all when you have acceptance and acknowledgement of what you feel then it will be not so hard to feel and let go of it, let it just the same passing emotions. Then you can begin to sit back and smile.
And whenever happiness comes to you. Then without any hesitation and holding back, grab it, savor and procrastinate it (pull out the battery of your clocks or watches just to stop the time...hehehehe). Laugh out loud, go crazy, and tell the world how happy you are because in that way you are certainly spreading and extending its effect.It is absolutely contagious and it is the nicest thing to get others infected: happiness in the world.
To end this, life has its four seasons for us to feel, savor, get excited with and have fun with. but we should bear in mind, it is passing and as it passes, we've got to extract the juices of lesson and learning for us to have a better sailing every time life goes on.
Keep moving on and just be happy instead.
