Planning the Day For Becky.

Updated on July 14, 2014

Planning The Day For Becky.

Wednesday, December 29, 2010.

It is early morning. Becky always likes to get up when I get up so Joann and I take her out of bed, put her in a wheelchair and bring her in the kitchen.

I poured Becky a glass of coke in some ice. I took a picture of Becky for this hub. She looks a little tired yet. Maybe as the day progresses she will feel better.

Becky is still waiting for her grandmother to visit for the holidays. It is still cold outside, but warming up.

Today I will cook Joann and Becky a rice dinner with sausage and a few other ingredients. It is near the end of the month. Soon I will help Joann by going shopping again for some important items.

Today I will turn off the running water by mom's old house. I left a little bit of it running to keep the pipes from bursting in the recent freeze.

I can't wait until some good weather comes around. It is time for us to get out of the house a bit more.

I think this month coming I am going to cook a lot of rice dishes with meat and vegetables combined. It should be a great way to feed the family and stretch the dollar.  Simply add delicious soups, seasonings in the rice combinations and add different kind of meat portions.

God Bless Everyone.

Thank you for the new picture of Becky. She is a very lovely young lady. We are having a rice dish today too ...lol great minds think alike. My son is bringing 6 pounds of good hamburger from town that is on sale there. He needs to use our big vehicle to haul something and said it's a trade and he's paying for the meat. I tried to say no but he doesn't listen, so we will have several great meals from this. I can always find something to cook if I have hamburger! God Bless your family as you go about your day.
