“I don't think you need to spend an arm and a leg in order to get a safe & comfortable mattress. Don't get one so cheap that it is flimsy, doesn't have many springs, that you can easily squeeze the sides together or that the plastic covering is loose. This one is perfect.”

“It fits our Crib (Davinci "Parker" 4-1)like a glove, no space between.. so its safe. It has a waterproof nonallergic top layers so you don't have to worry about "fluids" absorbing and it doesnt make a plastic noise when you push down on it, it was firm enough but still a little soft to comfort baby, also has a 15 year warranty.”

"This mattress is wonderful. It's made of quality material so I'm not worried that it will fall apart. You should definitely buy this for your baby."

When my wife and I were pregnant with our first child, we had no idea about the type of baby crib mattress that we needed to buy. There are so many different mattresses ranging from hard to soft. Prices also ranged from cheap to expensive too. We were not sure what kind of mattress to buy. Fortunately, we found the Sealy Baby Ultra Rest Mattress. This mattress got very good reviews and it seemed to fit our budget.

What makes the Sealy Baby Ultra Rest Mattress special is that it has 204 heavy gauge interlocking steel coils that are heat tempered. This apparently makes the mattress stronger and more durable. The mattress also has border rods which keep the sides, corners, and edges firm. This is really good for us because that means the baby mattress stays firm and won’t fall apart. We wanted a mattress that can last for a long time. At least long enough so long as our baby still sleeps in the crib. Another feature of the Sealy Baby Ultra Rest Mattress is that it has vertical support bars which help to distribute the baby’s weight evenly over the mattress. This helps the baby’s posture. And finally the material used in the mattress is non-allergenic so that it won’t cause our baby health problems.
