Spring Has Sprung At Least For Now.

Spring has just sprung, at least just for now.
It makes me feel glad, no longer sad.
I don't look to the sky, even though birds love to fly.
Just look look to the ground, plants now all around.
They have come back to life, there is no longer strife.
Soon plant my garden, my muscles will harden.
Yes spring has just sprung, at least just for now.
Now fall has come, we have to wait.
More pictures will come, they might just be late.

Getting warmer - spring is so beautiful. It marks the beginning of summer. Thanks for your poem.
Great poem! I am so glad that spring has arrived. The past couple of days it has been cool here, but today the high is supposed to reach in the 80s! I stay cold almost all the time due to thyroid problems, so I love the warmer weather!
Loved the photos and poem! Voted beautiful and up!
Hi Michele, short, descriptive and to the point! There is something so wonderful and miraculous about plants coming back to life! They look SO dead, the trees are so bare and gray, then suddenly it is like the Resurrection...like walking into the land of Oz. We have daffodils, dandelions and forsythia in bloom but this morning was SO cold with a wind chill of 11 degrees! But God never fails. There will ALWAYS be another Spring! Voted up and beautiful! You are so correct, "spring has sprung at least just for now." THANK YOU!
Cool spring day here today with snow nearby at slightly higher elevations. Still too early for planting, although I'm itchy to do so. The tiller works, the mower works, and soon I'll find out whether I do or not!
I have promised myself to get down to gardening this year. It is so nice to produce your own fruits and vegetables. I actually do not have any excuse as to why I should not do it.
Great poem. It has motivated me :)
