Tempur-Pedic Mattress For A Comfortable Sleep

Updated on February 14, 2018

How's your back?

Do you have back pain, not sleeping through the night, up at all hours, tossing and turning? Do wake up feeling sore and achy all over? Maybe it is time to think about what you are sleeping on. When was the last time you bought a new mattress?

Restful Sleep

Get a full night’s rest with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. True they are a bit more expensive than say Sealy mattresses but in the long run this mattress will last longer and in the end, save you money.

My Mattress

Since buying my Tempur-pedic I hate sleeping anywhere else now, as there is nothing as comfortable as my own bed. Everything they say about this mattress is true. It is the best!

This mattress conforms to the shape of each individual body giving ultimate support. Because it is sensitive to your body temperature it keeps your body warmer in the winter months and cooler in the summer months.

Why We Chose This Brand

I have had back problems since I was twelve years old when I fractured the 4th and 5th lumbar.

My husband works as a drywall taper and his back is constantly aching from his daily job. We have gone through so many mattresses in our marriage of 23 years it’s just unbelievable.

When you buy a mattress that says the life expectancy of it is 10 years, I say hogwash. The Tempur-Pedic mattress comes with a 20-year warranty and for the first ten years of that warranty they will replace the mattress or repair it. The second tens years the warranty is pro-rated. So far we have had ours for five years now and it is just the same as the day we bought it. We will be happy if we get 15 years from this mattress and from talking to other people that have this mattress, it should not be a problem

Try It Out

If you are reluctant to purchase this mattress, the company does offer a 90-day in-home trial. This company has been in business for many years and they do have a very solid reputation. They are the original manufacturers of memory foam mattresses and are certified by NASA. I have had memory foam mattress toppers just prior to owning this one and there is no comparison what so ever.

I have included below a price guide however this is in Canadian Dollars so I am sure in other countries such as the USA prices will be lower. From looking at the USA prices on these mattresses the USA ones are at least 200.00 less than the prices I have listed.

What People Say

94 % of people that have bought these mattresses are satisfied with them and 92% say that they get their best sleep on this mattress. 9 out of 10 would definitely buy another Tempur-Pedic mattress.

I am going to! I should have done so in the first place. You just can't do anything to make up for bad sleep, every night. I have slept in my daughters bed on occasion if I have already gotten a back ache - she has a twin sized pillow top and even that feels more comfortable!

RealHousewife be sure to check these beds out they are worth the extra money. I just saw a commercial the other night that they now have adjustable motorized ones too.

Great Hub Susan! I had to do a double take because I am working on a hub on sleep right now (I helped my brother in law for awhile in his mattress store). He used to sell Tempur-pedic beds, pillows, etc. like crazy and then he went to the "Organic" brands instead - there were so many disappointed customers. Seems like people either love or hate the Tempur-Pedic Mattress, in either case you provided some great info! Thanks for sharing.

Genna they are great and I highly recommend the Tempur-Pedic. If you get a chance you should go and lie on one for as long as they will let you. Glad this was helpful to you.

As someone who has back problems, I have been searching for the right mattress for months now. There are too many products from which to choose, so this hub is especially helpful. Thank you.

Will thanks for coming by to read this. How I wish I could comfortably sleep on a sidewalk. Years ago I would sleep on the floor when my back would hurt but that just will not work for me anymore.

Luckily, we can both sleep on the sidewalk and still be comfortable...so far!

But should either of us develop back problems, we'll keep this in mind.
