Smooth Opererator

Smoothies are one of the best snacks or meals you can have during the day. Fruits and vegetables are a great way to boost your energy and naturally cleanse and strengthen your entire system.

I used to be a pizza and soda guy. Burgers and fries, chips, cookies these are okay in moderation, but if this is all you eat you're not going to be around for long, trust me. Do yourself a favor, get yourself a nice blender and start whipping up some smoothies and maybe one day you can look like that movie star that your wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend swoons over.

With these single serving blenders you will be rewarding your body with tasty smoothies featuring whatever you want to put in them and at the price these things are selling for you might want to pick up two, just in case the significant other starts getting jealous.

Hamilton Beach 51101B Personal Blender with Travel Lid, Black

Do not be fooled these little personal blenders pack a punch. Some may be fooled by the bells and whistles offered by more expensive brands, but think about this; when its all said in done all you need a blender to do is......wait for it....wait for it....BLEND.

This 51101B series is great for those who are on the go or simply just want to save space. The versatile blending container doubles as your mixing cup and portable travel mug. So in other words you can mix your drink up and take it with you. Lets look at the product features;

  • Small design great for travel
  • The motor is 175 Watts
  • Its BPA (bisphenol A) free. I mean what's the use of eating or drinking healthy if what you are eating and drinking out oof is not?
  • The lid has a spout for sipping
  • Durable stainless steel blades easily blends frozen or fresh fruit, ice, veggies etc.
  • Simple one touch/one button PULSE control. You keep pushing the button until you get the consitency you want.
  • Jar and lid are dish washer safe
  • the cord easily wraps around for easy, tucked away storage

Bottom line, you don't need a big expenisve blender with a hundred different speeds if all you want to do is make a quick smoothie, marinade salad dressing, etc. This little guy does it all for at a great price and it's portable. What more could you ask for. Lets see what the people say;

This product was reviewed by an astounding 1,011 customers and holds a 4 star rating to date. Dissatisfaction included the motor dying, but this was after extended use and some customers even mentioned they may have blended a little too long on too many occasions. Any motor that is pushed to the limits on a regular basis will give way.

Hamilton Beach 51102 Single-Serve Blender with 2 Jars and 2 Lids

This blender is basically the same as the 51101B model except for the fact that you get 2 jars and 2 lids here. Also the jars seem to be bigger than the 51101B as this one is 7.6 x 4.2 x 10.8 inches compared to the 51101B's 5.2 x 4.2 x 11.9 inches. Everything else is the same though; a nice portable blender that gets the job done. I guess this would be for maybe roommates or a couple who would each want there own cup to use together or separately.

This product was reviewed by 373 customers and holds a 4 star rating to date. Dissatisfaction was again mostly about the motor. Most people (included myself, I own the next blender being suggested) would recommend not holding down the button for a long period of time, but instead using single pulses.

Hamilton Beach 51108 Stainless Single Serve Blender with Travel Lid

Last, but not least my boy! I actually own this blender and I love it. I've been drinking fruit and vegetable smoothies since I bought it and I couldn't be happier. Now this blender does the same thing as the previous two, but the big difference here is that the cup is made of stainless steel. So what you say? Here's what.

The stainless steel cups makes the smoothie very cold, just the way I like it. Even without ice the steel preserves the temperature of the cold items you add to it. But be careful not to put hot liquids in there because it will do the same and you will most likely burn yourself if you do so. I am an avid Amazon customer and I check many reviews before buying a product, I haven't yet had a bad experience going this route, and I am so happy that I got my money's worth for this as there are a lot of blenders that cost more for essentially the same thing.

What do the people say? Well me and the people say 4 star rating, reviewed by 75 customers. Dissatisfaction included people who don't know a good deal when they see one. :)

      Nice hub. I found this by hopping hubs. I did notice that you need some editing in your second paragraph. (I haven't seen any other place on here to mention this type of thing). Your 'your' should be you're, and when you list husband, wife, boyfriend etc, you missed a comma or two.
