Updated on October 3, 2012

The August Results Are In.

The Florida Department of Business and Professionial Regulation published their results for the Florida real estate exam for August.

One hundred and eighty seven real estate broker applicants attempted the Florida real estate broker's exam in August. One hundred and ten of those applicants passed. Seventy seven of those applicants had to pay $31.50 again to try the exam again. Two hundred and twelve people took that real estate broker's exam for the second and third time. Ninety five people passed. One hundred and seventeen failed. That is a fourty four per cent pass rate for the retakers of the Florida real estate broker's exam. This is not an easy test.

The Florida real estate sales associate test had one thousand five hundred and fifteen applicants for a Florida real estate sales associate license pay $31.50 to attempt to pass this test on their first attempt. Seven hundred and eighty three were pleased with their results. Seven hundred and thirty two will be back at Pearson Vue paying $31.50 to try again. That is a fifty one per cent pass rate.

One thousand seven hundred and sixteen attempted the Florida real estate sales associate's exam for the second or third or fourth or fifth time. That cost $31.50 every time. Five hundred sixty eight people passed. Sixty seven per cent failed.

At Climer School of Real Estate, we are trying to make these statistics better. Last month, I recorded my two day state exam review onto seven video discs. We sell this for eighty dollars. If you would like a copy, call Kathy at 407 822 3926. If you would like a preview, I have nine videos to help you with the math on the Florida real estate exam on You Tube for free. We have had this real estate cram course on audio discs for some time. People seem to want it on video. We have made it available.

Please don't underestimate the Florida real estate exam. It is a tough test. Maybe your instructor did not tell you this . I will tell you. The Florida real estate exam is tough. Please do not take this exam several times. Do not study the wrong stuff. Do not think you can pass without studying. Do not take any comfort in your good grade you got on that easy real estate school exam. If we can help, contact us at
