The Little Yellow Bird. Part 32. We Are Going To Texas.

Wednesday , February 16, 2011

It did not take long for the family to pack. The little yellow bird left the keys to the Folgers Can to her single young brother Chirpy. Chirpy was sorry to hear that his sister, his mom and dad, and brother-in-law and the chicks were all on their way to another state, but the family would love their new beautiful home that was well guarded.

Everything was packed and ready to go. The baby chicks wanted white ten gallon hats, but their daddy kindly told them they would be too loose to cover their heads.

There were armed Marines escorting the candy apple red corvette convertible that the little yellow birds were traveling in. Grandma and Grandpa would move into a heavily guarded mansion in Dallas to live with their daughter and son-in-law and with the chicks. There would be plenty enough room for everyone in it.

Tulip told her mama that she wanted a refrigerator with and automatic ice maker for cold drinks. Her mama told her, " Little girl your going to drink Vitamin D milk because your body needs calcium." Tulip pitched a fit and stomped her feet on the floor board of the Corvette. Rosy and Daisy started screaming at the top of their lungs.

Their father said, " Good Lord ! A couple days home already and you chicks are racking my nerves."

Mr.s Yellow bird said, " You better get use to it darling. Raising chicks is not peaches and cream. Wait until you get a lip smeared by poop slung at you when you change Tulips diapers. And you better get use to the idea that you helped make three kids that are always hungry ."

Their father had his first sign of gray hair that Daisy jerked from his head. " Ouch that hurt Daisy ! Did you have to yank my hair out."

Daisy responded by saying, " I do not want my young handsome daddy having gray hair so young when he talks to Generals."

" What do you want Daisy ? Your buttering me up for something, " said her father.

" I would like to fly very soon, and have a pretty bicycle," said Daisy.

" I want a bicycle too daddy, and so does Rosy," said Tulip.

" I guess both of you two will be wanting to fly soon as well," said their daddy.

Their mama said, " Your all going to be going to school soon. Your going to need lots of school supplies, " said their mother.

Not to far behind the corvette was grandma and grandpa. Grandpa was driving a great big U-haul truck packed with tons of stuff including his riding lawn mower. He was as happy as could be with the radio on listening to old Hank Williams Senior tapes on and AM FM cassette radio.

Grandma said, " I can not wait until we get to the mansion honey. Imagine living in a big mansion with lots of rooms for everything, with lots of modernized bathrooms and stuff. And we will be with our family , and the chicks. to see them fly their very first day in the air."

At the Pentagon there was good news. And enemy agent had tried to frame a CIA agent for the murder of another agent. Charges of treason were dropped by the FBI and by the Pentagon and by the CIA. The enemy agent was captured in the swamps of Dixie Land when fishermen heard the sound of a man screaming in a bayou. The man turned out to be from an eastern part of the world where problems are often originated.

The man had one of his legs in the jaws of and alligator. It turned out that he was a spy on a mission, and not too for from him was a sniper rifle. He was taken to military intelligence where information of a very vital nature was acquired.

The generals at the Pentagon felt relieved that the enemy agent was captured , and that their best stealth fighter pilot and his family were safe because the mansion is part of a cover for a top secret installation for the strategic air command underground. Mr. Yellow Bird would never have to walk very far from his personal library to and elevator that would descend to the most sophisticated fighter jet in the entire world.

Underground , and under the Mansion was the sophisticated highly technologically modern stealth fighter bomber guarded by two three star generals, and by two commanders, and by four scientific engineers that new the detailed mechanics of the jet. Twenty four hours in every single day and night, twenty marines stand guard over two bombers.

It was needless to be troubled. The family in the mansion would be safe. The family could not wait to arrive in their new home.

The Little Yellow Bird's brother Chirpy felt comfortable in the Folgers can. The old man, and his family in the house trailer missed the little yellow bird and the chicks, but they knew they were in good hands with the military people.

Chirpy had a furnished Folgers can, a nice soft nest to rest his weary bones. The old man had another friend to chat with once in a while when he burned trash in his front yard. The entire yellow bird family meant a lot to the old man.

Chirpy landed on the old man's shoulder while he was burning trash outside. Maybe their minds were on the little yellow bird , and the chicks. The old man drank a delicious glass of strawberry wine, and Chirpy took a sip of it as well while they were outside watching old magazines burn.

To Be Continued:

God Bless Everyone.

Dear Mr.s Deborrah : Thank you for reading the tales of the Little Yellow Bird. She recently went to a beauty shop to pamper herself. She drove there in a Tangerine convertible. Daisy , Tulip, and Rosy recently ran to hide because the burial insurance man came to visit the mansion , and gave them the creeps. However their Red Cross nurse looks out for them.

Soon I will be writing about them all again. God Bless You, and your Wonderful family. And Thank You again for visiting.
