The Most Beautiful Home Today

Updated on June 2, 2013

There Is Nothing Like a Cheeful and Clean Home

If you ever wonder why even the smallest well-painted houses look so fabulous, the choice of colors injected some energy and optimism into the surroundings that affects moods and feelings. From immaculate whites to relaxing greens and blues, warm yellows and stimulating oranges, its amazing how colors affect your everyday life.

A clean place is very refreshing, invigorating and a wonderful place to come home to. Do you know how much is a clean home worth? It's worth your health, your family, your children, your life, and its worth you coming home to it happy and grateful.

I learned this quote in first grade, " Cleanliness is next to Godliness." To this day, this keeps reminding me what cleanliness is. My first cleaning lessons were from my mother. It would be a bad day for both of us if she touches dust on any surface first thing in the morning. Mothers are mothers, indeed!

A Place That Finds Space for the Family

A beautiful home offers a comfortable space. It removes obstacles, dividing walls allowing large through rooms, or portioning large rooms to two smaller ones. It provides a less-traffic flow by highlighting corners and spaces. Less is more for a small space.

It allows you to cook in a regular-sized kitchen that seems to be much larger; and with your creativity on storage and shelving, it has less clutter. In general, it invests in nothing but more space for the family; it is a place that lets the family live large no matter the size of the space.

It Is Well-Lighted

Though your house is small, lights increase the value of your home inexpensively. Well-lighted means, giving enough light to brighten up the surrounding.

The living room is a relaxing getaway for the family and a place to entertain guests. Soft lights lift up the mood. Even the simplest decorative light can already illuminate a small area that provides a quietly relaxing mood for tv or movie watching.

Put light exactly where it is needed. Lighting under kitchen cabinets or under counters can create an illusion of more space. Gas lamps will give your patio or garden a very homely comeliness. No matter how simple, when light flows easily around the house, the more airy and beautiful home it appears.

You can have a totally bare space with white walls and simple furniture that, if it's lit the right way, can be the most dramatic space in the whole house. Just make sure lights are turned off when not needed.

It Preserves Some Art of Long Ago

If your house owns hand-me-down furnishings, recognizing how valuable these things are builds you a beautiful home. It takes pride in the blend of old-world charm and modern features, believing in the concept of a yesteryear charm and grace.

Some homes have preserved historical importance of original finishes, stains, and paint of old furniture which are only cleaned with a damp cloth; and even if these old things are repainted and restored, the whole essence still brings you back to beautiful old times.

The sentimental touch of an ugly hand-me-down stuff spruced up to a treasured piece, builds a home with a splash of old-fashioned yet contemporary.

It’s an amazing kind of place that allows you to feel tradition just spending time indoors; it's just a kind of home that makes folks say, "Your house is so pretty, it looks like it has always been here."

It Is Green and Healthy

A "Go Green" home infuses a stylish adventure for the whole family. It is a place to educate everyone about an entirely new way of seeing firsthand what it means to care about the health and the earth.

It is environmentally-friendly. It's the sweetest place on earth that uses less energy, water, and other natural resources, at the same time teaches on how to create less waste.

Instead of old fabrics being thrown away, it could be recycled into potholders, rags, dog towels, or given to somebody else to get further use out of. Not only it saves some cash, but a home that helps reduce environment impact.

A green and healthy home is where the heart is. It encourages home cooking from scratch and raw ingredients which is not only healthier, but much cheaper. It is about food on the table that are simple and gratifying.

Creating a green and healthy home doesn’t mean it has to be expensive or to sacrifice style, but that which contributes what is good for the earth that gives back to you in countless ways. It's a fabulous way to show you care, and a nurturing tradition your kids can pass on to their own children.

The Place Where a Christian Family Dwells

A beautiful home is a reflection of God and family. It's not just a dwelling place but a warm haven of comfort, peace and love that gives children opportunity to learn about healthy relationships at an early age.

This is the best thing of a beautiful home, a place on earth that never puts the world before Christ, but rather, its a home where everyone finds our LORD JESUS CHRIST through the family. As the saying goes, "Christian family values begin at home."

A true home calms you from the world's usual busy-ness. When you're refreshed, you are happy; when you're happy, you know that you're loved, and when you know that you're being loved, you'll always spend time finding your way home. You will love the feeling of having no greater joy than coming to a beautiful home with a beautiful family.

Happy Father's Day to all fathers around the world!

Thank you sacramentobbroker. What could be more than getting words of inspiration from not only a business master but an advocate of good living? I got the "heart" from the Carribean and the "soul" from Sacramento, that makes me another one like you! Thank you for the energy-lifting comment. So glad to have you dropped by. Here's wishing you a green home to come home to!
