Some will actually range in price near the seven to nine thousand dollar mark. Of course the more expensive treadmill's will include the treadmill itself, and a few other value added features to make it much easier to work while standing or walking.

If we move, and take action for most of our waking hours, our weight would never be an issue, and yes there are some with metabolisms that can do nothing all day and never gain an ounce.
